During the holidays, your package may be delayed. Due to the busy nature of the parcel services, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery. It may be that the carrier indicates that they have not yet received the package, so the reason for this may be that it is very busy at PostNL. It may therefore take a little longer. Will i receive a track & trace code?
You will always receive a track & trace code with your order. You will receive this by email as soon as the package is accepted by the parcel service.
What is the delivery time?
Packages ordered on weekdays are processed within 24 hours, with some exceptions to 48 hours. This is in addition to the standard delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free on all orders in Australia and New Zealand
